Each exquisite and transparent glass tube combines high-quality copper elements to highlight luxury. Each glass tube is carefully polished and cut by workers with many years of manual experience. The chassis and accessories are made of solid brass. The surface of the glass tube is transparent and reflects warm light. It highlights the artistic flavor of this kind of lighting and the delicacy of manual lighting.

The asssitance offered throughout the selection and ordering process was so helpful. Wendy was super responsive. The fixture arrived extremely well packaged (literally crated) and in perfect condition. Due to its weight, we had a challenge finding an electrician to hang it and it was quite costly as additional support was necessary in the ceiling and four men were required for about 4 hours for my installation. It is worth every penny. Everyone who sees it comments on its uniqueness and questions how the globes cast the “filled with water” appearance. It’s equally attractive in daylight and lighted in the dark. We love it. I’ve ordered two companion fixtures for other areas of our home. Trust Vancei. The price and service can’t be beaten. You won’t be disappointed.

i was very skeptical purchasing this from Vancei rather than Restoration hardware. . . didn't know if i would be jipped out of my money & not sent the item, or sent a very poor copy of the restoration hardware version of this light. Needless to say, VERY happy with this purchase, it was a risk I'm very glad we took! Much cheaper than restoration for a nearly identical light - thank you Vancei!

The fixture is almost identical to the RH original. I did have some issues with the glass being warped on a couple pieces. I reached out to Vancei and replacements were sent within a few days. Overall, I am very happy with this fixture and will buy more from this company in the future.

Can I Customize The Length Of The Rods Or The Length Of The Cord?
If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service. If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us. We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advice according to the measurements. Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling.
How To Hang On A Vaulted Ceiling?
We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling, as shown in the picture. Can solve the hanging problem very well. Because of the special hanging ring, the accessories can be installed in the vaulted ceiling, we have many customers install the lighting through this way. It will be very simple. Please check on the pictures for the circled place in and the installation case.
Do You Replace Parts Damaged During Shipping Free Of Charge?
Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Are Your Products The Same As The Famous Brands?
